I've gotta take care of some shit, and get to practicing more keys....highest root down, learning the patterns from the top down (bottom to top as far as the world goes, but not in sound). And actually saying out loud each note as I go, so knowing all the sharps and flats in every key helps, but part of this training is to instill fretboard awareness and note location for the whole bottom end of the neck. Say like knowing where every note is from the nut up to the 7th fret or so.

Jumping into a flat minor key and recognizing the pattern you're in while doing all that shit can be tedious and frustrating, but ya gotta do it if ya really want to know it.

The U.S. News ranking assumed a low-carb version of the paleo diet, specifically containing only 23% carbohydrates.[27] Higher carbohydrate versions of the paleo diet, which allow for significant consumption of root vegetables,[28] were not a part of this ranking.[26]Dr. Loren Cordain, a proponent of a low-carbohydrate Paleolithic diet, responded to the U.S. News ranking, stating that their "conclusions are erroneous and misleading" and pointing out that "five studies, four since 2007, have experimentally tested contemporary versions of ancestral human diets and have found them to be superior to Mediterranean diets, diabetic diets and typical western diets in regards to weight loss, cardiovascular disease risk factors and risk factors for type 2 diabetes."[29][30] The editors of the U.S. News ranking replied that they had reviewed the five studies and found them to be "small and short, making strong conclusions difficult".[31

Now do that without any landmarks like.....frets. (I played violin and viola for a very long time) it's nothing more than learning the geography of the fingerboard, and it just comes with time and practice.
