Yeah, the restructure means that we had to move people out of the shop because they couldn't handle it. I'm currently the only guy who can do my job there.... Everyday, no days off!!

Yup,thats allways the case when they have nothing but people filling the position as opposed to actually doing their job.Makes it harder for the guys that have their shit together.
Hopefully they can recognize your efforts and do something for you in the future.

Glad I don't have to do the butcrack of dawn anymore,waking up so early to beat traffic for the drive to work got old quick for me-45 minute drive in NY traffic took over 2 hrs.
I'd leave early to beat the traffic and catch up on some work before the morons showed up at 0700

I have to be at the job a year before I can actually get a vacation,although I can ask for a few days off- but it's non paid days.

I don't even remember if I mentioned it, but the wif and I are going to be staying up in Glenwood Springs during the last weekend of this month. Kind of a last hurrah before the shoulder surgery. Taking the bicycles and all that......never been there to visit before, only driven through it in the past.

Hanging Lake should be cool...heard lots of nice things about it.
