i gotta turn in - going up the hills tomorrow for some hiking
waxthis - for the downhill - set your rear suspension so it doesn't bottom out on you( you can turn the spring to make it cushier/stiffer whatever you need - i don't know the bike or your body weight so that is the best i can do), lower the seat, keep your butt behind the seat and don't rack your nethers on the seat
use the brakes, do not endo down the hill, use the rear brake to settle the suspension going into the turns, if you nail the front brake the bike will probably dive on you and over the bars you'll tumble and that will suck out loud
smile, have fun, be safe, do a speed you're comfortable with, the bike will be easy to control, mount /dismount with the seat down
you should really ride up the mountain to earn your downhill![]()
