You ever get that HoneyBadger BBQ sauce?
You ever get that HoneyBadger BBQ sauce?
Kabobs....good idea. I might do that tonight too. We'll have to post pics and see who's look best. It's a kabob throw-down!

Shit....not too many veggies in the house....
We're going for the steak and shrimp angle....I like to have chicken on 'em too, but I'm thinking that ain't happening tonight.
Maybe HB headed off to the store for some ingredients.
Want an awesome marinade? This is a thin sauce that I use for a marinade for just about anything.
Thai BBQ Sauce
6 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely minced Ginger
8 Serrano Peppers or other small Chiles, minced, including seeds
4 small Green Onions, green and white parts, minced
1/4 cup Cilantro sprigs
1 tablespoon grated or minced Lime Zest
Juice from 3 Limes
1 cup Hoisin Sauce
1/2 cup Wine Vinegar (I use rice wine)
1/4 cup Thai or Vietnamese Fish Sauce
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons dark Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
I'm thinking chicken and steak with whatever veggies I can round up. Can't drive to the store so you have a definite advantage.
