    ice on for 20 minutes of every hour is a little pita. they gave me oxycodone and hydromorphone. the latter is only for if the block wears out and i'm getting my ass kicked.

    picked up my 1/2" 75% silhouette - cut a couple of 2x4s so it's close to my height when it sits in the stand
