    Ha! Thanks for the warning, bogie. I'll be sure not to do that.

    No, hghclass- but I took a broom to the outer part of our AC unit and I managed to scrape off a LOT of pollen and fluff. That helped a lot.

    Dont be afraid to spray water on the coil. Just make sure not to get it too close with a lot of pressure because it will bend those fins over.

    Okay! I was thinking about that, but was worried...for some reason. I'll hose it down tomorrow. There's fluff on the back that I missed.

    I had a friend buy one of those combs to straighten his out.. That didn't work so well.

    Is it cottonwood fluff? I had to clean some of that out, but this year didn't seem to bad where I'm at.
