Its not bad, the monohydrate I am useing now causes a little water holding, the cx3 I normally use from max muscle doesn't. I like it when I can get enoug water at work but you have to cycle it. September 1st I will stop it and start weight cutting for fall softball.Originally Posted by 02ducky
