So, I think I can understand why guns are sold out everywhere, but why is it that holsters have an 8-12 week lead time!?

I mean seriously, how many people are ordering holsters a day? Does everyone think holsters are going to be banned soon or is there some shortage of kydex and leather that I don't know about?

Yup, my shifts/nights are starting to get longer too. In a few months, we'll be working from 3pm to 7am. Those 16hr nights are definitely rough!

I think it may be a case of Murphy's Law, BC. You need holsters, but they're going to be out of the kind or size you need, because everyone's buying guns.

But, the only people that buy holsters, especially the IWB style, are the ones that plan on CC'ing them, and only a small fraction of the people in the latest gun buying spree had their CCL. No idea, I mean PMags are in-stock everywhere now yet holsters are 8-12wks backlogged. Just doesn't compute.

Anticipating what to buy is almost worse than waiting for it to be delivered while you check the UPS tracking 12 times a day to see if its any closer.

Not that I do that or anything...

I am completely at a loss as to why that is.
