    i doubt very much there will a run on 308 bolt guns

    most people are way more worried about ARs

    savage makes a good rifle - i'd get a savage if i couldn't find a remington - you can find almost anything on gun broker

    i did a search for remington 700 sps on gun broker - http://www.gunbroker.com/All/BI.aspx...ington+700+sps - these prices are not local gun store prices - locals cost a little more b/c they include the shipping in their prices

    It'll end up weighing about 8 lbs and it'll be pretty darn accurate. I did this and it shoots under an inch at 100 yards.

    Walmart has the R700 BDL for like $500.
