Looking closer, its possible its just a "seam", like in bread when you bake it and there is a tiny line that you should have pinched the dough together at...

Doesn't look like it goes all the way through or anything, but I've never seen this on a polymer frame before, so its a little worrisome at least.

hmmm - doesn't look like a crack to me

i don't know how the molding process works but maybe the molding die had a little seam in it and than showed up on your pistol - i wonder if there are other pistols with similar markings out there

I second that on the crack. Doesn't look like one to me. Wish I had one I could compare for ya!

Yea, definitely freaked out a bit

The more I look at it, I'm really thinking its just a seam or something. Transferring from the mold makes sense. I think I will mark it with some tape or heck, a sharpie and then check it again after 250-500rds.

Regarding the brown stuff, I have absolutely no idea what that is unless some brown (FDE) polymer was left in the die or something like that and it mixed with the black.

Thanks! Its definitely "crack-like" in that, running my fingernail over it, my fingernail will get stuck in the crack, hence why I freaked the F out

Been a really day and if it is/was a crack, then
