Yea the weather playing with my shoulders right now. Dude all I can say is hit pt hard because shoulders are a bitch to get back into shape.

As for what I have been doing to keep my hands at work well..... One word sums it up

JEEP

finding a decent amount of rust and trying to get to the frame to see what it looks like but I can only work on it a coupes hours every couple days.
