Yeah, I have *stretchy bands* in different colors to denote the increasing resistances. Also use the wall for some stretching.

Roberth, this might be a silly question, but do you update one server, or multiple severs.....or machine by machine?

2nite i will shut down the services on 8 servers, then copy the new code over, and start the services

then the user(s) will validate and we'll fix anything that is broken

yah, it depends on many files the developer updated and how big the files are - there are 6 hours set aside for this one - if all goes well i'll be free by 7
