Our Sam's Club batteries are pretty pathetic. Tried installing one in my wife's new Fenix LD12 and it was too weak to turn the light on strobe.

That's the last time I buy cheap batteries
The generic ones don't hold up in anything, requiring lithium batteries. We had the same issue with the smoke / fire alarms in the house. The mfg said non-lithium ones do not last and are not recommended.

He sure is, just don't let him kiss or touch you with wet hands. Who knows how "giving" he really is.

Found that out the hard way, but never had problems with Costco batteries. I bought some offbrand batteries on woot.com. I think it was $5 for a pack of 30 or 40, and I bought 3 packs. They were so freaking lightweight it was ridiculous. They'd last maybe 5min in anything I put them in before they died. If I played xbox, I'd need to keep the pack of batteries next to me because I'd go through at least 2-3 pairs of batteries in 1-2 hours of gaming.

It is dinner time here. I spent all day driving an original Mini. 4-speed on the floor, 16 horsepower, and headlights that aren't bright at all.

    Beast-Mode of driving: engaged!!
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
