2 - Complete upper $$ ?? 300 seems to be the current 5.45x39 flavor of the month, so bbls are almost premium priced, plus the accessories to go with it.
There's a 300 upper w/out BC/B/CH/ on arfcom for $350, it's had 250 views but no takers, to date.
3- Components $308 bullets, powder, Brass (no problem there) primers
4- working up loads for your intended use, then locating everything for that load.
Your investment wil run $500 + for upper + basic load development then $1k for the suppressor. Which you should get first, before anything else,.
