I still remember the first time someone told me to do a plank for my abs. I held it for 30sec, wow, no big deal. Hey buddy, I'll do this for twice as long as you said! Held for 1min and could have kept going. They were laughing at me.
The next day, my abs were on fire!![]()
Ahh I remember planks, great stuff. Last time I got in shape I bought those pushup bars. Is use them to transition from an L-sit to a tucked planche and back. Or do holds of either.

In case anyone cared/noticed, there is a thing called 'the Commanders Abs' in the upper right of my dry erase board that I use for my videos. I don't get rid of it on purpose.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.
