I have serious frustrations with 'standardized' PT. the PRT junk is meant for a fat 19 yr old to be able to pass a PT test after 9 weeks of regular use.LOL @ Army PT. Some of the exercises I've seen you guys doing are just hilarious!
this is not what trained Soldiers do. We go out and push ourselves and get stronger and faster. This cannot happen by doing five repositions of 'bend and reach'.
