GAH!!!
I ordered a MidwayUSA Pro Competition Shooting Mat and waited 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Just got it today and the stupid thing is missing the strap to pre-load the bipod, which is the one reason I went with the $50 version instead of the $30 version!
Called them up, they're out of stock again so they can't verify if they are all like that and the webpage didn't get updated, or if mine was just a screw up. Now I have to return the stupid thing, wait another 1-2 weeks (per their instructions) to see if the description page is updated, and then order another.
Meh, just as well, its not like I have any time to go out shooting anyways.
Get mad at them on the phone and they might just let you keep the one they sent you. I've had Midway do this for me before.

I got pissed, that I already waited 3 weeks for it and I get shipped a defective one and they dont give a crap. I have to pay for shipping back to them too. But the guy said he noted that it was defective and that i'll be ordering another and they're reimburse me for my shipping costs.
hmmm. crappy. I've had PSA send me extra parts before and when I called them to let them know, they just told me to keep them. One of the parts was a QD bipod mount that I didn't order that was worth about $40.

Called back again just to make sure they'll reimburse me the shipping I paid too and explained my frustration again. Noyhing. No matter what, they said wait another 1-2 weeks before buying again to give them time to investigate investigate the description.
Lame.
I ordered a vibratory tumbler from Brownells and they shipped a $250 trigger unit for a AR10 with it. I called them and they had me send it back, but gave me a coupon code for $50 off my next purchase to cover the shipping cost and inconvenience, and probably as a thank you for my honesty.
