That sounds pretty cool actually. Too bad I'll probably never have a chance to go. On the rare occasion that we find a babysitter, we usually don't feel like driving an hour+ up to Denver. Maybe we should...

    Good morning fellow gun enthusiasts,

HB, you're probably good to wait a couple of years until Jr is a little older, but you'll definitely want to bring him up here for the zoo and the museum. The adult events are pretty cool, but probably not worth the drive you have.

What bank do you currently use?
Colorado State Bank & Trust. I've been with them since they were First United Bank and my family set up our accounts with them when we moved here in the mid 90s.

Just scored 2lbs of Unique at Bass Pro. Too bad I don't use it as much as the other stuff I can't find.

Denver Zoo has a few of those.. along w/ the Wildlife Experience down in parker.. Art & Ale is pretty fun.. so is brew at the zoo. Art & Ale a few of the hotels do a deal for a ticket and a room..and it's wonderful. Get blasted and taken back to your room with a bunch of other drunk people. Have not really seen any drama go down as the crowds tend to be more professionals than your typical bar scene... I think a few years ago when I went it was $120? for the night that included tickets and breakfast the next morning. Worth it imo as a taxi and tickets would have been more. Didn't see any stay and play things for brew at the zoo though. Not really sure I'd want to stay at any of the close by hotels for that.

That stuff sounds good, Monky. I've kinda thought about doing one of those bicycle/bar things too. Ride your bike to different taverns around downtown...whole group of folks get together and do that. Might be fun.

Good deal, Belly. I was kinda on the other side of that coin today trying to get comfortable with that scope for the AR. I didn't do very well...I'll get it figured out though.

We did kill the AR steel iron man target...we noticed that it had cracked....the kid shot at it and the head came off, I hit it right after him and the the body split in half. I was pretty decent with the SK and it's shitty scope today.

The sellers accepted my offer on that house. I hope all this stuff plays out to where I don't go broke in the process...the whole thing is kinda scaring me a bit. There's a chance that I might be eating fuckin Ramen noodles and shit out of a can for a while.

try moving cross country, buying a house and making min wage. Others have gone before you, some successful, others not so well. Think positive, don't go crazy and try living below your means till you're settled.
