FTR...in my case, I was being assaulted by the police officer in the first place, and I defended myself. It was a felony arrest however, and I ended up being convicted of misdemeanor assault in the end. Served my punishment and fines all that happy crap.
Anyways, all that aside and cleared up for good now, hopefully... I hope everyone has a fantastic Independence Day tomorrow, like I said earlier, it's the bestest holiday of the year.
