    You are laying plastic down before the flooring, yes? When we did our floors we started from the corner, that was farther from the entry area. Use a reverse saw blade for cutting. Also take 1-2 pcs of flooring and cut them in 1/2. use one of them as the starter. Remember laminate / floating floors do not get pushed up against the wall. IIRC you are given spacers [ 1/4"] to use between laminate and wall.

    I don't even have a .1 in COD. But I would prefer our Israeli friends had a higher percentage, just sayi

    I'm still pissed off at this flooring. 14 rows in, and I feel like pulling it all back up and starting over. I'll ask a buddy at work to come over and look at it tomorrow and tell me what it is that I'm fucking up. Sure is frustrating.

    good luck finding any house with 1 square wall. Our house besides out of square (1903) built. Has floors where there is 4" different height wise from 1 end to the other.
