    The planche is an incredible workout....hard on the shoulders if you are just starting out. Also combo tuck planche to L-sit. Back and forth....

    I do T25 and it is an incredible full body workout.

    Planche is cool, and I'd love to be able to do that. Watched another video and it breaks it down into 16 different steps, that it suggests you practice 100 times a day, 500 times a week. That's like a part time job.

    Start small.....I nearly broke my neck doing handstand push ups.
