The Great Kazoo's Feedback
"when you're happy you enjoy the melody but, when you're broken you understand the lyrics".
I finally have a legitimate reason (IMO) to buy this. Once I can get over how much it costs, I'm going to order one.

EDIT: Actually, I bet I could just make my own out of pvc pipe since it won't have to support my weight, just the weight of a ladder. Hmmmm. Let me get back to you guys.

I already scrapped the idea of paying $40 for a grappling hook. I'll just go spend $2 on an actual hook, as that is all I need. The idea is to have a way to retrieve my ladder if it falls off the roof.

Hasn't happened yet, but it's happened to every person I've ever talked to. You get complacent, forget to tie it off to the gutter, or there is a gutter guard or something, and along comes a gust of wind and your ladder is on the ground.
Oh, I'm on a roof pretty much every day now. Up to three a day pretty soon I'm afraid.

What do you hook to if there is no gutter?
I don't have any pictures of the bow, because it looks like a 5' piece of 3/4" pvc with a string on it. Pretty unassuming.
