OBC, did you quit cigs and beers, or just cigs?

Still trying to quit the smokes for good. On some meds to help with that, but I'm still struggling with the urges and cravings later in the day and evenings. Working to modify the meds for more gooder success.

I'm way down on beers as opposed to what the norm was for the last several years. Been several nights where I only had 4 or 5....really good for me. Focused on smokes now, and then work harder on the beers, but I'm making progress on both, and that's what really matters.

You'll never embarrass yourself there.. Good guys all in the same boat as you or I....not sharp shooters by any means, just trying to get better with the stages and stuff.

If you're using Chantix (?) be careful. My sis had some weird side effects from that.

As far as the beers go, you're only about 10 minutes or so from my hood, since your move. We should Get together and throw a couple back sometime soon. There's a place closer to you, that I have been wanting to try out (might turn out to be a little too hipster, but we can check it out).

+1 on the Matches. Just need some intel on what all I need (rig, kit, etc.). Not really concerned about tanking a stage, or ten, just want to try it out. Procrastination is worse than smoking/drinking/etc. ...

It's not Chantix, but I asked about it.....got something different instead. I'm just rolling with what the doc has on tap for me, might end up test driving that stuff later, dunno. I heard folks have crazy dreams using that stuff. Hell, I already have crazy dreams every night as it is....they might get even better with that stuff...Ha ha.

Would be great to have ya out to shoot, the requirements are easy to fulfill. I can fill ya in, Lobo was really helpful to me to get on board with that stuff.
