    Not sure that would work..looks like 5 gal capacity. I think I need something made of PTFE too for chemical resistance.

    LOL sorry! The title on the link was "1 gal kerosene can" and I blindly posted it without even looking.

    why not just buy something like this and reuse the container?

    I want a few bottles that are stable for long term storage. The lamp oil is part of my preps. Those might be okay. I have a gallon of the kleen strip synthetic kerosene for one of my lanterns. The lamp oil burns just a little bit cleaner for indoor use.
