Don't get the wrong idea. I had nothing to do with that picture. I was minding my own business, working on my laptop, and turned around to that. Since the garden hose was all the way outside, taking that picture was all I COULD do.

You guys know what this is? It doesn't look like much, but it took forever. This right here is a Christmas effing miracle. I guess Saint Xactimate decided to favor me with saving all of my work but about 60 seconds worth. I'm going to go burn a set of blue prints and a hand written mitigation estimate on my alter (barrel stove) to show my thanks.

Used to work for the county assessor doing this. Those "unique" floor plans can be a bitch. Curved walls are even more fun. Xactimate is better at those than some of the other software pacs out there. Glad you didn't lose everything.

The one time I've had to do a curved wall, I got it perfect. It was an easy one though. So far, I'll take a roof over a water loss any day.
