Hernia ?...damn. I've had a couple of those fixed before they "blew out" so to speak.

I was just trying to get something off the top shelf, and as it was falling I strained my core really bad, then a really firm 'pop' feeling.
I looked down and there was a new half-egg sized bulge. Just because, I poked at it. Bad mistake.
i was at the hospital from about 730 until about 3.
Just doing what I can to stay on this side of the dirt.

Order of preference. 2lbs is usually all I can afford at a time.
