there's already enough criticisms (in a bad way) that I feel the need to not disassemble and re-assemble.

I don't think the video displayed any unsafe techniques, and I've assembled dozens of uppers in the exact same manner, but still......

seriously, it's so easy... a torque wrench, a vise, and a method to secure the upper, and you're all set.
