While some are worried about PWT'ing other like the spouse and i enjoy the wafting smell of a pork roast on the smoker. Been using a few different recipes. This time went with one MAP / Mike used. 1hr on smoke, 5+ @ 225. Removed last night, cut and also pulled about 30min ago. 5lb'er took an hour to take down. Had to take breaks every so often from munching while cutting. Forget dinner i'm full BURP![]()

Let me know if need help, am always willing to do battle with pork roast.
We'll keep that in mind. Make matters worse, Cracked a jar of homemade bbq sauce the daughters friend made in CA. Bartered a 335 22 bulk pack for 3 qts bbq sauce and 2lbs honey, from their bee colony.
Those folks in Central CA are fairly well together when it comes to self sufficiency / preparedness.
