    Got $100 burning a hole in the front of my fridge. No show on the seller so far. Her note says the $100 is to hold until 9:00 pm on 23rd of April. Have had two other people stop by after her.

    The buyer is 1 day late, too bad on her.

    ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Next time have them sign the paper with said info. Keeps the tire kickers away.
