    eggs & chorizo for fastbreak. Just finished off Apple crepes' for lunch. Have a lamb shank stew going in the crockpot for this evening's plate

    I have my first split pea & ham soup going in the slow cooker. Looks like it's coming along very nicely.....smells awesome.

    My Shield is 7+1....and I feel pretty comfortable with that. I don't think I'd like to carry a much larger frame than that though, especially when going appendix. I've learned I need a better variety of holsters for different types of occasions. I need to start looking around.

    Yup, I've become quite comfortable toting the Shield around lately. Aside from the standard 7 round and 8 round mags that come with it, I've got 3 additional 8 rounders that I can throw in my pockets if I feel the need, but they are usually at least in the diaper bag.
