    Congrats on the grand kid/s.

I was messing around on one of my credit cards and requested to double my credit limit. It was instantly approved. That's a nice feeling.

Anyone ever watch Astro Boy growing up? Just found some episodes on the Magna channel on the Roku. Pretty dramatic start.

Heck yeah! It was one of my favorites. I can even remember part of the theme song but it has been a long time.

Well, I don't know how I did it but I did something and my lower back is killing me. Hurts when I sit, get up, walk, lay on my side and when I lay on my back I feel OK unless I try to move. It was hurting last night before I went to bed so I tool some aspirin and after about a half hour I went to sleep. I woke up a little after midnight and it really was hurting. I took some more aspirin and fell asleep. My daughter wakes me up at four AM to take her to work and although I was stiff, the pain was tolerable. I went to the gym as usual and spent the hour doing slow stretches and some life cycle. I felt pretty good after that, got home and took a long hot shower and stretched some more.

Now, an hour later I can hardly move without pain and now my neck and shoulders have gotten stiff too. This sucks big time. I called in to work and let them know I would not be in. I guess I will take a muscle relaxer and move slowly and carefully and hope it is better by tomorrow. I don't want the boss thinking they can get along without me.

Probably just old age catching up with me. I've been regular at the gym 4 to 5 days a week since March and I have been feeling really good. Had a physical last Monday and the blood work came back today an the doc says I am doing great and no issues at all. Cholesterol is perfect, prostate is normal, blood pressure is where it should be, I'm doing good. Not bad for 60 but I still want to loose another 25 lbs by next summer.

Nope, no tumors. Just a sore back (no, I don't use Viagra). I took a muscle relaxer and I am really relaxed right now.

Follow the rubber yellow line............ We should get together, dress down in some well worn clothes and sit off harmony & 25. Probably make out like bandits.
