    Just regular no knead bread (flour, salt, yeast, water) and flavor to taste.

    I ended up putting them back into the oven and the outside is way over done on both of them now. The insides are perfect but you pretty much have to cut off the crust. Haven't screwed that up since my first try. Oh well, still very tasty. You can taste the cinnamon and nutmeg in one, and the onion flakes and garlic in the other. Came out quiet well despite baking the crust on so hard.

    I nearly forgot. Someone gave me the idea of climbing the ladder from the back side, with arms only, as a kind of work out. I tried it and it wasn't as difficult as I thought. Hands fatigue from the awkward grip on the D-rungs before anything.
