Dammit. I just stayed up to pick a friend up from the airport at midnight, but he missed his flight so he's stuck in San Fran overnight and I stayed up for no reason.

Non Compos Mentis
Woke up around 5 and found the temp of the smoker to be below desired temp. Waited until 630 to do something about it so I didn't wake the fam too early. It's rolling now. Brisket was on at 7 pm. We will see when it'll be done, current internal temp of 131.
