    Yeah this was a first for me, but I think it really helped my body stay awake until about 3am. I definitely crashed around 3am. I got home around 7 and slept until noon, so hopefully tonight's shift won't be so painful.

    I'm thinking about taking a promotion at work that will have me working 3am to 1pm daily. Not sure I can handle that.

    If there is a chance to keep the promotion and go back to the schedule you like eventually, it seems worthwhile to consider it.
