Oh yeah, I almost forgot, we got into that 8 unit apartment building for under 400k and cash flowed every month, even after evictions, remodels from said evictions, repairs to things like gutters and upgrading windows and even a brand new boiler. We didn't go through a bank for the loan either.

Aiming to lose over 60lb this year and drop sub 200. 3 weeks in and so far so good, but hey the first 25lb are easy.
Hate counting the calories of every item I eat, not to mention eating approx 1600cal a day sucks. At least 21 more weeks of this.

You can actually install one outside of you wanted. Those require plugged heat tape during the winter months. Very involved install.

I could put one in my heated garage pretty easily I bet. That's not a bad idea, except I'd like to avoid water pipes in the attic.

Thanks Irving. Yep, cut the carbs to 80g a day or so. Wanted to go lower but I get lethargic in the evening @ sub 70g. Go figure.

Ahhh yes. I did forget that you got out of it. That points back to choosing property wisely, but there's no such thing as a sure bet.
