Perfect timing! I just came in here to post this for you. Listening to a recent Mad Fientist podcast and wanted to share it with you. This is one of those guys that just the way he talks you think, "man, this guy has some brains and crystal clear understanding of that which he is discussing."

I can't sleep. I think it might be the coffee I had around 6pm. I've had a great run of going to sleep on time and actually getting up early. I can never sustain that cycle though because getting proper sleep gives me so much energy that I can only go a few days before all the energy stacks and I stay up too late and ruin everything.
