    Hey man I don't know what type of Velcro your using bro but I will get the name of the stuff I use for my rc planes for you, stuff is strong as hell. Also dental floss is one of the strongest things you can use to sew, don't know if your machine would push it but just wanted to give you some food for thought. I used dental floss when I made my ghillie and it held up very well.

    Thank you for the tips. I believe I've solved the velcro issue using D-rings like was suggested. I was already headed down that path, but after thinking about what I did wrong, it all makes sense.
