HB Jr turned 3 today. It seems that the more we try to tire him out, the more it riles him up. He never stops.

Sister in law works for some sort of CPS and one of her cases was a mom that would tie the kids up to the wall in the basement and pour uncooked rice on the floor so they couldn't get comfortable. I think she was making them kneel on the rice, but I don't have full details.
