    I understand. I've been playing a general support and health care giver role for about the same amount of time. It's very draining for multiple reasons.....doesn't mean I don't care, it's just work that I'd prefer to not be doing, but doing it is the right thing to do...for multiple reasons. Not the least of which would be that I actually do give a shit.


    eta...watching elderly people fail and it's effects on the family is a tough proposition.

    Unfortunately my days of caregiver are over...I lost my mom on the 26th last month. Mostly that comment was abouy "family"
