    from what I can tell they are not the same company. Different owners.

    Shadow Ops was owned by some idiot named Russ.

    Phoenix is owned by a guy named Chris.

    They have

    42 - 5 star ratings
    1 - 4 star rating
    2 - 1 star ratings

    I don't get to buy cool stuff very often, but when I do, I usually stick to the industry partners here on the forum, they can get you anything you can get at Phoenix, and there isn't a gamble of good customer service.
