Knights Armament has my rear sight for a manufacturer issue. Is it weird I don't want a replacement, just the repair?

    Probably.

    Next up.

Sometimes it is easier on the blood pressure and better for your mental and overall health to just hire someone to the home repairs.

Only three & one was a return?
Sounds like a rather uneventful project for all the trouble it could have been.

Mr. Prena has the calm of a Buddhist monk that has reached enlightenment. I, on the other hand would have had to make at least another trip for a replacement water heater do to perforating the first one with 30 - 60 5.56 mm holes........

Thanks, and I need to get this inspected now. I am going to call thornton and see if expansion tank is required. I really hate that thing. I would like to take that off whereas i've heard that thing malfunction often (especially installed upsidedown).
worst part of all this DIY was permit cost and future inspection. $70 for a permit was just little too much.
Distant 2nd was coordinate the water heater purchase and truck rental from Lowes at the same time. (I guess lowes only have 1 truck at 136th&I25).

I was about to do just water heater exchange, and even purposely bought a same company (state/aosmith) water heater with simialr dimension. However, copper water heater connector was dripping water. Found out those are usually 1 times use.

A wise old[er] forum member once suggested my grammar we incorrect.

    Do too, as in

verb (used with object), present singular 1st person do, 2nd do or (Archaic) do?est or dost, 3rd does or (Archaic) do?eth or doth, present plural do; past singular 1st person did, 2nd did or (Archaic) didst, 3rd did, past plural did; past participle done; present participle do?ing.

    or

    due to

    prep.Because of.

Usage Note: Due to has been widely used for many years as a compound preposition like owing to, but some criticshave insisted that due should be used only as an adjective.

    attributable to; ascribable to:
The delay was due to heavy traffic.
    because of; owing to:

All planes are grounded due to fog.
