After the match a VERY nice fella let me use his rifle & showed me how to use his optic to adjust for the variables (I was having so much fun I don't remember exactly & will have to double check with him on the distance) but I think on my second attempt I hit my first 1400+ !

    How cool is that?!

What match, and what caliber? And what optic?

Oh, probably the PRS match we've been talking about this entire time. I'll try and keep up.

I have a bunch of them now and they are great, especially for the price.

I'll check when I'm home this weekend, but I may have a spare older bcg that I'd sell cheap too.

    Not yet.

I don't want to go where you're thinking, ... I only want to do this once. I have to buy shocks because it has none, and I wont compromise to save a buck and have a rough ride after the fact. I'm doing research and will talk with some pretty bright minds who know what they're doing when it comes to it.

At least the money I spent on the Alcan springs for the front has proven to be worth it, they were designed for my year model with a 7.3 weight in mind. I don't mind spending money if stuff is right, but I won't if the outcome isn't going to be what I want. Moving shock mounts on the frame is no big deal, and changing 39 year old leaf springs doesn't really seem to that bad of an idea to me.

Yea I need a total of about 6 (long term) but cant do anything immediately because things are just too tight. I'm just glad to have a little something back up before shit gets too stupid.

It was just nice to feel back to semi normal again and building. I love shooting dont get me wrong but I love to build and tinker.

Btw anyone ever got a 3d printer I found a bunch of cadd files on the met for primer catches etc for reloading.

I'm the same, the building/tinkering/etc of the firearms world is one of my major pass times.

I also love to shoot, but I've been too busy for consistent range time of late.

I will check on my BCG's when I am home and let you know.

I have access to my brothers 3D printer (PLA), and can print some stuff if you need.
