    Walking on concrete, daily, for prolonged periods of time will cause those issues.

    100.4* temp and puking my guts out. Then the wife comes home with my 7yr old and he’s got the same thing. Bright side is we’re making it a 3 day weekend

    What shoes fo you wear? I switched to GoWalk shoes for a year and the soft shoes helped to alleviate most of it.
