I also have used commercial nibblers & lovelovelove them.

For small projects it might be worth a go just for the ease on corrugated material within tolerances.

Would that be a good choice to cut up all the shipping boxes piling up around here?
The recycler man said he wants them in 2' x 2' bundles tied together that don't weigh too much.
    Okay.

Yep. Any recycling that requires measuring or weighing or any such nonsense on my end suddenly goes from recycling to just trash.

Oh, I have special things to do on my end before you?ll accept my waste for recycling?

*takes recycling and tosses it in the trash can for the landfill*

I am just happy I don't live year around in the Florida Keys.
Mandatory Recycling, strict rules of what goes in which can, 3 different days of pick-up.
If you don't comply, they don't pick up, and then an officer writes a ticket.
It is kind of fun for a couple of weeks of visiting, but it gets confusing at times.

    That would suck.

I actually have a recycling can at the house. I don?t even know when they come or what I can or can?t put in it. It?s been sitting in the same spot in my back yard for probably almost twenty years now.

Maybe somebody should tell me the rules so I can decide if I want to play.

They mail them to you every year. We got the rules twice this year. I recycle until I can't fit anymore. I'm on board, but I'm not going to pay for two cans when they only come twice a month.

We were talking about recycling in another thread a while ago, but I don't remember which one. I was talking about how China is going to stop accepting all the worlds trash and the US and other countries are going to have to figure out what to do with our recycling in a hurry. Turns out that already happened and now we're just burning it all at plants in poor neighborhoods. I had the article all saved and ready to post but never found the thread.
