    Got a big, stupid, steep roof tomorrow for the first time in a long time. It's tile to boot. Hope I'm up for it.

    ETA: God I hope it's not shitty light weight tile.

    Imho the pf9040 V1 lower is inferior to the V2. Those rear metal rails are nice and its a lot less file work. Got to say though the locking block was a bitch and those pins are not coming out as easy as a glocks do.

    I had crud and a cough that made my sides n back hurt...no fever tho.
    Went to doctor and got antibiotics and some steroids, felt better right away.

    This was me. Right now it is just severe sinus pressure. I should go to the doctor as this is my second time around.

    Yes. Neighbor had it, and I was coughing the first time for almost two weeks. I was worried all that shit talking about never having had the flu caught up with me and I finally had it. On my worst day I was all weak and achey all over and I had to climb on a roof. My balance wasn't all there and I thought I was going to fall off.

    Agreed. V2 is way better...

    I never found a reason to pull the locking block out of mine before it sank to the bottom of the lake...

    Pretty slick design, IMO.
