    That's pretty cheap if its well made, I will be in the market for one as it gets closer to hunting season.

    The STX-3K and LEM #8 have very close following regarding which is preferred over the other. I was going to go with the $189 unit that included a juicer and foot pedal switch. However we don't do that whole juice thing and the foot pedal was suggested as only needed if doing sausage. I'm going to go with one of these, which like the stx-3k has very favorable feed back on a few meat curing and sausage forums.

    I have friends that use a similar style sausage stuffer, does make easy work of it. Why not get the foot pedal and just use the grinder to stuff? May be cheaper and easier than having another piece of equipment.
