Being positive just lets you tolerate it better. Sadly the DMV always sucks. Good time to browse the internet or whatever you want to do to pass the time.

You don?t do renewal via mail? That?s the best. Never have to go in.

I started to, but the 2.9% credit card fee pisses me off. They did a break down of the fees and I have a $10.00 "Age of Vehicle Add On" that was making me furious. So I went and got exact change in less time, and for less money then the mail in would have cost. The lady couldn't tell me what the fee was. If it were the other DMV in town where the line is always out the door I would have sucked it up and paid the CC fee. That DMV is ridiculous and I'm glad all those people are always there instead of my DMV.

That one really pisses me off too.

My 2003 car gets a damn fast pass on emissions every time and has less the 100K miles.

Fucking state comes up with all kinds of bullshit fees on our regs.

Wait until the CARB shit kicks in, we're all gonna be fucked right up the poop chute.

My van is only a 2011. Not even ten years old and I'm getting an extra fee for having old shit?

Walked in to a MVD Satellite store after buying the jeep. There's 1/2 doz peole sitting there, lady ask, Drivers Licenses or lic plates? Plates, sit down she says, 10 min. later it's plated for the next 2 years.

$154 but $64 was for 2 years worth of APS highway safety taxes.

Even the state rum MVD is no more than a 10-30 min adventure, depending how many vehicles you're plating.

Well they have to make up for the ownership taxes that should be really low now. They need your money, and the more fees they pack in, the better
