Most of people I know who got sick eating at certain countries were mostly tropic area (lower than 22* longitude.)

I refuse to eat any small tiny restaurants or street food from that region of the earth.

Last time I got real sick eating was 1999. I ate a pho with rare streak. Soup was only warm and didn't cook meat inside the soup. It was in Colorado.

My brothers have rules about food.

A couple that I can remember are never eat Mexican food in a state that doesn?t border Mexico and never eat seafood in a state that doesn?t border an ocean.

We live in a border state. I'd drive to CO for a good meal in almost any mexican place.
