Was camping years ago near Flaming Gorge.
A family with 6 small children pulled into the camp ground.
Each child, including the youngest around 7 years old, had a job assignment.
Two tents were erected, a fire laid, extra firewood gathered, a Coleman Stove and Stand, Dish washing stand, Cook box, and seating all set up.
Mom and Dad sat in folding camp chairs, never said a word, and just watched the whole process. The oldest child, girl, about 13-14 years old, directed traffic.
No crying, some excited chatter from the kids during the process, and a lot of laughter.
I was amazed.
Just a little pre-planning, organization, and dedicated troops.
