Had a 2nd phone interview for a job this afternoon. Interviewer called about 15 minutes late and the interview was very disjointed. Unfortunately, I don't feel good about my performance and how it went overall. I hope I get another chance, preferably face to face.

Is that really the type of place you want to work for anyways? I mean if they screw up something as simple as the interview process how well do you think they conduct business on a daily basis?
